This site is operated by REVALLUX.
This site is used to research software problems and to let people ask to be notified when a product becomes available.
What we collect
- Anonymous usage counts. When a page loads or a free tool is used, we record the page, the event type, the referring website (domain only) and a visitor code. The visitor code is a one-way hash of your IP address and browser identifier combined with a secret that changes every day; we never store your IP address or browser identifier, and the code cannot be linked across days. No cookies, no third-party analytics, no advertising trackers.
- Waitlist sign-ups. If you choose to join a waitlist, we store your email address, which waitlist you joined, the exact wording you agreed to, and the time.
- Free tools. The payout comparison and questionnaire tools run entirely in your browser — the files and answers never leave your device. The Peppol lookup sends your search text to the public Peppol Directory and returns public results. The lead-form check fetches the public web page you enter; we don't store the page or the address.
Why and for how long
Waitlist emails are used only to tell you when the product you signed up for is available (legal basis: your consent). We keep them until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, and delete waitlists for products we decide not to build within 30 days of that decision. Anonymous usage counts are kept for up to 24 months.
Who processes data
Data is stored on a server we operate in the European Union (hosting provider: Contabo). DNS is provided by Cloudflare. If we email you about a waitlist you joined, the email is sent through Mailgun, our email delivery provider. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent and have your waitlist data deleted at any time using the data deletion page. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct or port your data and to complain to your data protection authority.
